Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or personalised products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@rockrags.co.uk with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • This ensures that you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible and that it is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rockrags.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
